“Sustainability” is the catchword of today’s responsible, eco-sensitive gardeners, and an organically grown edible garden is a sustainable landscape style we can all embrace. Rosalind Creasy, a pioneer in the field of edible landscaping and author of The Complete Book of Edible Landscaping, will give a slide presentation covering her list of recommended beautiful edible plants for home gardens, an overview of the wide variety of edible landscapes and the principles of landscape design that relate to them.
